Buy the Splendor Plus if fuel cost and a proven, cheap-to-run 100cc-class commuter matter more than extra punch. Buy the Honda SP 125 if you want stronger mid-range, a more contemporary ride, and you will take the mileage hit (still excellent) for a bike that does not feel out of breath with a pillion.
